Silver Medals require 200 hours of community service, 100 hours of personal development, 100 hours of physical fitness, and a three day exploration trip. The prestigious Gold Medals require 400 hours of community service, 200 hours of personal development, 200 hours of physical fitness, and a five day exploration trip.
